Hometown Health introduces Web-based quoting for brokers
RENO, NV (BUSINESS WIRE)--January 7, 2003--Hometown Health announced today that its brokers can now submit requests for quotes and obtain real-time proposals by using Hometown Health eQuote™, a service available from the company’s Web site, http://www.hometownhealth.com/ .
Hometown Health is the first health plan in northern Nevada to offer this technology. With Hometown Health eQuote™, brokers can enter a client’s requirements on a secure Web page and receive an initial quote online. Brokers can customize and print a proposal, including detailed plan summaries, and e-mail the proposal to a client. To protect the confidentiality of broker and employer-group information, Hometown Health eQuote™ provides sophisticated Internet security features. Brokers must register and obtain a user ID and password before gaining access to this service.
