HealthConnect Systems Releases New General Agency Administrative Functionality on HealthConnect
February 2, 2005: HealthConnect has released important new functionality for its general agency clients. Specifically, the new functionality will enable general agents to monitor all broker quoting activity on their sites and control internal and external access.
“HealthConnect has always offered extensive GA administrative functionality,” commented JP Galaris, Director of HealthConnect’s Northeast Region. “However, when we acquired BenefitPort’s technology division and their online quoting system last year, we needed to combine the best of what we had previously offered and what BenefitPort had developed. We also needed to distribute this functionality for each GA. This is what we are now releasing.”
