SeeChange Health Selects HealthConnect Systems’ Sales Automation Portal for Real-Time Broker Quotes and Proposals
Technology Partnership Gives SeeChange Health Access to Vast Broker User Base
March 16, 2010 – HealthConnect Systems, the leading online network for buyers and sellers of health insurance and employee benefits, today announced that SeeChange Health, America’s first value-based health insurance company, has selected the company’s Sales Automation Portal for real-time broker quotes and proposals. In addition, the partnership gives brokers who are offering SeeChange Health the ability to review commission statements, access policy information and perform network analysis.
SeeChange Health’s value-based plan designs will be placed on HealthConnect’s multi-carrier quoting system, enabling brokers to easily compare SeeChange Health’s plan designs to traditional medical plans. As a participant on HealthConnect’s multi-carrier network, SeeChange Health will also have access to CarrierConnect, HealthConnect’s market intelligence tool that allows carriers to perform competitive assessments for plans and rates, gain market intelligence about plan designs and structures most commonly quoted in the market, as well as run network and trend analyses.
