Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Subscribes to CarrierConnect
(May 25, 2007) HealthConnect announced today that Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) has subscribed to its CarrierConnect service. As a result, Horizon BCBSNJ will be able to monitor small group quoting activity on HealthConnect, the leading multi-carrier small group quoting system in the United States. Through the subscription, Horizon BCBSNJ will be able to automate and improve many of the competitive assessment functions it currently performs for plans and networks, as well as communicate messages to selected brokers through highly targeted marketing campaigns.
