Humana Commits to Participation on HealthConnect, Texas Small Group Plans Now Available for Quoting
October 18, 2006: Humana has committed to participate on HealthConnect for small group quoting. Through the partnership, agents using HealthConnect will be able to quote selected Humana small group plans. The first market that has been brought online is Texas, with additional Midwest and Southeast markets to be brought online in the near term. In addition, Humana will gain access to CarrierConnect which will allow them to monitor aggregated quoting activity and perform competitive analyses versus other carriers.
